If you were looking for a checklist of skills, then hopefully you found it on the home page, by hovering over the images and selecting those that piqued your interest or those that are illegible. (There is more to say, so give me a call.)

But you are invariably looking for more than a list of skills and experience, and rightly so.  The success of your projects depends on much more than filling the technical gaps that are missing in your current team.

There are multiple roles and functions that need addressing in a software house.  A large company may have teams of one or more for functions such as Source Control Management, Project Management, Build Release Management, Customer Satisfaction Management, Team Lead, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Tech Support, and the list continues.

Most of the time, especially in a startup environment, that is not the case. Simple resource constraints mean that those functions, and more besides, are managed by perhaps one person. These are all vital roles which need consideration, and often get forgotten or de-prioritised. They don't need to be full-time roles or even a colossal drain on your limited resource, but you do need to acknowledge these aspects of your team.

I have 24 years' experience developing software solutions and managing teams for some of the biggest players in the game, as well as some of the smallest. If you need help, then maybe I can help.
